Private sessions take place in a private gym and are customized to fit your individual needs and goals. Whether you’re training to lose fat, lean out and/or gain strength, my Private Training programs will help improve your fitness and have you feeling great. You’ll see an improvement in your performance in no time.
Out of the Ordinary
My experiences in fitness training include a focus on obstacle course/mud runs. The unique programs I’ve developed involving obstacle course racing will help burn calories, boost your skills, and improve your racing experience. A combination of strength training, endurance exercises, and obstacle specific activities will have you in tip top shape and ready to race.
Who I Am
My Fitness Journey
Three years ago I was at an all time low. My weight was creeping back up and I was full of anxiety and depression. I had two beautiful baby boys and I was struggling to find happiness. I knew I needed to make some big changes in my life so that I could be the mama I wanted to be, as well as the person I needed to be. I decided to commit to becoming the healthiest “me” I could be. The first step was seeking out a fitness professional that could help me. I had joined gyms before but never had much success. (I actually gained weight during one of my gym memberships!) And just when I needed it most I found a professional trainer who was able to motivate me, support me, push me, and teach me what my healthiest “me” is! It has been a journey that has not only transformed me physically but emotionally. The anxiety and depression are gone and I am not only the healthiest, but the happiest “me” I’ve ever been. This journey has been amazing and has led me to becoming a NASM certified Personal Training and owner of Body By Blaze. My driving desire is it to help others on their fitness journey in the way that I was helped. I have first hand experience of how important it is to have a professional to help support, motivate, and guide you as you make your way to your fitness goals!
Working Hard For Change
Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the amount of fun and levels of energy you will experience will far exceed the discomfort.
